Out of the box I had to constantly fight with it to stay on. That and the beaming blue light when it did work was way brighter than I would have liked as a night time commuter. Already exchanged for the Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging car charger and it's already infinitely better than the Insignia charger.

Best Buy would not let me exchange. I will be closing my account. With such poor customer service, Best Buy will ultimately go by the wayside like many before them. Remember Radio Shack, Circuit City, H.H. Gregg? I just wanted the proper charger for my cell phone. I guess I will have to go to Amazon.....
