Can’t say how many coffee makers I’ve bought over the years and they are never great and they never last. I had never bought this brand before so was excited. I love that I can pour bottled water right into the detachable reservoir with no spills and no mess. I hate how long it takes to brew a pot of coffee. I’m talking 20 minutes. This isn’t due to sediment build up because it’s been this way since day 1. Now I set the delay for a half hour before I plan to get up so my coffee can be ready.

Great coffee maker. Love the fact that you can put the water reservoir in the dishwasher if you want. Also like the ability to choose classic or dark roast when perking the coffee. Great machine at a decent price. Always bought Cuisanart in past but Ninja is rated #1 so gave it a try.

Excellent quality coffee for the price. I like that the water reservoir is removable so you can directly fill it. Easy to clean - I remove the reservoir daily to let everything dry. Oddly though, the buttons are difficult to press. I find myself pushing the coffee maker when trying to hit the brew button.

I've had quite a few coffee machines, this one seems to be the most convenient. The crystal clear water reservoir is neat. It doesn't drip when pouring into a cup like others have stated, nice. Big shower of water seems to make the most out of the coffee, flavorful. One thing, the pause serv worked good within the first many uses, now it leaks when pulling out the carafe while brewing, disappointing but not a deal breaker. Haven't had it long for a durability report. Fingers crossed.

I love this coffee maker! Great design, attractive and easy to use. I make coffee in the morning and then switch to tea in the afternoon and evening by using it to make hot water. Further, you can increase the warming plate duration from 2 hours to 4 hours which is handy for me. And I LOVE the measuring spoon that attaches to the side of the unit. Very convenient! I could not be happier with this purchase.

We were die hard keurig users and was tired of constantly picking up pods which could become very expensive over time, especially since we drink plain coffee. Decided to get something more practical for our needs and this works well. Didn’t want a very expensive standard coffee maker or a cheaply made one, this one works well and isn’t very costly.

So far, good. Easy to use and clean. This is my first coffee brewer and it meets my expectations of what I wanted. I haven't had the brewer long enough to experience any problems. Also, I use it occasionally....enjoying a cup of organic coffee from time to time.

Best coffee maker I've ever had! We have some serious coffee drinkers in our household. We freshly grind the coffee beans every morning and froth the milk like a bunch of baristas. This fine quality Ninja coffee maker made a great addition to our coffee station.
