Easy to set up. Tone quality is good. Good value for the price.

Bought these to replace some that I have had for years... I absolutely love this one the clarity is great... So much easier to use than my older ones... and super comfortable to wear... Definitely helps me to enjoy quiet sleep while my husband is able to continue to watch television without worrying about disturbing me...

Comes through with what I need. Use the headphones to listen to the TV in the evening/night when my wife is sleeping or reading. Set up was fairly easy. Took a couple tries and plug-ins. Sound adjustment on headphone takes a while to get used to.

Headphones have worked very well and were relatively easy to setup. Only criticism is that the volume buttons are very small and hard to see…black same as the rest of rhe product.

The wireless headphones last 10 hours as stated. You will hear a couple of beeps when you need to recharge it; however the sound is still crystal clear. I put them back on charging right away. It doesn’t take that long to recharge it.

Exactly what I needed. Feels high quality. Clear sound. One con is volume buttons are hard to find by feel while wearing them. Often need to remove headphones from my head to look and find volume controls.

I originally purchased the Sony RF headphones but couldn't get those to connect to my TV. This one work without any sort of hassle. The battery life, so far, is great and no complaints about the sound quality. Perfect for when I want to watch TV after everyone is sleeping.

We purchased the headphones so I wouldn’t disturb my wife when she was trying to sleep. They worked fine though the volume had to be turned up fairly high. The only one real issue is one of convenience. To access the headphones I have to go settings and set audio to go through the headphones and not the TV. Then when I finished I need to go back through settings again making sure I have turned the volume back down. If they automatically connected when you turned them on I would have given 5 stars. Deep in the instructions it mentions this could happen on some TV’s but you don’t know it ahead of time.

These were the perfect solution for me when my central A/C went out in my apartment and they had to put window units in for an unknown amount of time until they could contact the company to replace the entire unit. The window units were very loud and you couldn’t hear the tv without turning the volume waaaaaay up. I didn’t want to bother my son in the next room or my neighbors since I don’t sleep much at all due to chronic pain issues so I bought these and was very pleasantly surprised. I am not the most tech savvy person but in 5 minutes, after completing the initial charge up, I had them set up and was enjoying the tv without disturbing anyone. The quality of sound is great and they are very comfortable on my ears. I connected them to my Smart tv and have had no issues so far. I use them even now because with some shows I have a hard time understanding what they are saying and in the past have had to turn the volume up and even then still have problems. I just pop the headphones on and it has helped me with that issue too. I would definitely recommend them.

It was a birthday gift for hubby and he loves it. Its range is more than excepted, he has no excuse to not take out the trash, he wont miss anything being said. I cant compare it to others because it was purchased online and not in-store (Covid19-quarantine) but the quality of sound is great, cant beat the price.

So far, so good (at least relative to expectations). Purchased to replace a classic (and no longer made) Sennheiser RS 180s that were premium headphones and lasted over a decade. Given the Insignia headphones are a Best Buy private label brand it is not exactly fair to compare the quality or comfort; that said, for the price paid and with an understanding of the relative build (i.e., appropriately leveled expectations), the headphones have performed admirably to date, with the best feature being the battery life (albeit, relative to the RS 180s that were well past their lifecycle).

Works great, but only on my older tv that is not a smart tv. Disappointed that I am unable to get sound from my newer Samsung smart tv this insignia wireless over the ear headphone. Is it because the RCA audio cable that came with the headphones do not work with a Samsung smart tv? Do I need the audio optical cables that are shown in the directions, but did not come with the headphones? I tried to get an on line answer from Best Buy, but to no avail. If the other optical audio would work, I would gladly buy it, and probably also buy another set of insignia wireless headphones. When it works, it greatly enhances my quality of life.

I bought this item on sale as a Christmas gift and the owner cant stop raving about how the quality is great and it was easy to hook up.

Works great for watching movies without disturbing neighbors in an apartment or other family members. Sometimes have to place headset on base to get it to connect, which isn't really much of an inconvenience, and I'm happy with my purchase overall.
