Not as sound proof as I'd like.

Very disappointing.

The charge functions [Blue light, green light red light] does not do anything. AND - the retracting head band detent stops wore out after about four months. Too bad. I have had earlier versions of this that did pretty well for me but this time, I will be returning it.

THEY DON'T WORK

Its says compatible with all TVs. I needed them because my husband came back from a surgery and all he can do is watch TV, and I work remotely in the same room. I am going to give them back. I am very unhappy.

No Follow Through on Service

Stopped at Best Buy on Yamato to speak to Geek Squad who tried to be helpful. Again haven’t been able to get sound. Calling Geek Squad but not able to get someone on phone. So.disappointed with your service.

Head work but

I bought and optic cable and it worked. Only problem is it keeps stopping the movie. I watch about 8 minutes and it will stall. I have fast internet and never had problem but it's happened three times with three different Prime Videos. I haven't tried other services yet but to say the least I'm not happy so far. C English

Depending on the type of TV you have, the HDMI ports can be Audio IN only. The connections for the unit have to be audio out, making the optical cable an only option for your TV. It keeps cutting off and on for no reason! The TV is three weeks old so it can't be the cause. I'm blaming the headphones! I should have stuck with a name brand such as Sony. Other people have tried to get it to work but they gave up. It works most of the time, but not all the time.

Insignia RF Wireless Headphones

Product was returned because it would not work on my TV. Did not take the time to trouble shoot if the problem was the new optical cable or these head phones. Purchased another brand of head phones which worked great.

93 Year Old Mother Unable to Hear

After the last pair she owned, we tried to replace them with this particular model. She was unable to hear or adjust these headphones so she could hear. We had to return them to Best Buy.

They were returned for a second pair and that have the problem as the first pair. Hopefully Best Buy will take them back so I can purchase a different brand that work properly,
