I returned it, for this set but the Geek squad has not returned to make sure it is installed correctly so it has not been used yet.

Dot very easy to get to work. they would work with on tv in house but not another.

Bought these as a gift and brought them to Fl. Poor quality sound so my 80 yo Mom did not like them. Best buy wont take back even though it has only been a little over a month and they are unused and were purchased ahead as a gift. Worst store EVER.....Will buy my tv's elsewhere now!!!!

I had it connected to an optical cable and 5 feet from receiver. Even my hard of hearing father was annoyed.

Then it just quit working. It's 2 months out of warranty and Technical Support was quite helpful in helping me figure out that it needs repaired but it's probably too expensive to repair and there's nothing they can do about it because it's 2 months out of warranty.

The second headset worked for about 10-12 hours; the next time I went to use it the headset would not pair with the base, so I followed the instructions and turned the base off. When I tried to turn the base on again it had no power so I returned it. Not a product I can recommend.
