    Bought it July of 22 and already has broke. Also difficult to hang on the charger after each use. Very difficult to find the right buttons on headphone as you wear them.

    The first headset purchased, recommended by John the salesman was not the correct one for this set, according to the Geek Squad. I returned it, for this set but the Geek squad has not returned to make sure it is installed correctly so it has not been used yet.

    No idea if it’s any good,bought open box in excellent condition and all it does is loud static sound.sontired of the stuff i’m told works doesn’t,veru disappointed lately with best buy

    The buttons for on/off and volume are too small. You have to take the headset off in order to work them.

    these would not do what we wanted. would pair to a tv to assit one person and still allow others in the room to hear with the tv speakers. Dot very easy to get to work. they would work with on tv in house but not another.

    Same as skullcandy will not work with TV had to return want something to listen independently to TV without bothering the sound bar or TV speakers

    Will never purchase from this store again. Bought these as a gift and brought them to Fl. Poor quality sound so my 80 yo Mom did not like them. Best buy wont take back even though it has only been a little over a month and they are unused and were purchased ahead as a gift. Worst store EVER.....Will buy my tv's elsewhere now!!!!

    comfortable and easy to dock BUT, the breaking up of sound was horrible. I had it connected to an optical cable and 5 feet from receiver. Even my hard of hearing father was annoyed.

    Gift for another person that’s trying to not disturb others in their residence. For the price TOO EXPENSIVE for only one head phone Input! It was a gift, $100 otherwise I would have returned it or waited until it was $29

    Although the blue light on the headphones and base indicated it was paired, I received no volume in the headset. I even turned off the external speaker on the TV and that did not work as well.

    Up until 2 weeks ago I'd have given this product five stars. Then it just quit working. It's 2 months out of warranty and Technical Support was quite helpful in helping me figure out that it needs repaired but it's probably too expensive to repair and there's nothing they can do about it because it's 2 months out of warranty.

    I'm not super techy but its been hard to use this with our tv that also has a surround sound system hooked up to it.....still trying. It might be a great system and its just our errors.

    I bought this on the recommendation of the salesperson but the buttons on the headset didn’t work at all so I exchanged it. The second headset worked for about 10-12 hours; the next time I went to use it the headset would not pair with the base, so I followed the instructions and turned the base off. When I tried to turn the base on again it had no power so I returned it. Not a product I can recommend.

    Cheap plastic ! Thin headband . Only buy with a protection plan! Wish I did. The headphones were used by my 70 yr old spouse and the top plastic part broke making it impossible to use Sad I didn’t buy the other brand w a thicker headband
