I tried moving all our devices strictly to the 5 Ghz band, since the RF signal for these works at 2.4 Ghz. But it didn't help at all. These are basically useless to me, as a result.

We totally understand that you are having issues with your Wi-Fi however. Kindly try this simple troubleshooting step. Turn off the equipment to determine if the equipment causes interference. If your cordless phone or wireless router is causing interference, try changing the channel it is using. Also, try moving the docking station away from all WiFi routers, cordless phones, cell phones, Smart TVs, and microwave ovens. If this does not solve the issue, please contact us through the link below so we can proceed on checking other troubleshooting steps for you.

The battery is internal and cannot be replaced. Once the battery life ends, you have to throw the headphones out. Unfortunately, you do not know where the battery was made and how long it sat on the shelf. My battery lasted less than a year. This is a waste of money.

It took us a week to figure out it was this, and as soon as we unplugged it no more issues with wi-fi. We returned it and went with a Bluetooth Sony headset. If they made this exact product with Bluetooth, instead of RF this would be amazing. I would avoid this if you have a nearby wi-fi connected device.
