    Still haven't gotten it to work yet, followed the instructions but still couldn't get it to work. I need the Greek squad to come out to get it working. If it is any good.

    Easy Setup, Easy To Use

    Bought this for my 82 years-old father. It' is easy to setup and instructions aren't needed. Simply plug it in to the electrical outlet and then plug the RCA or Optical cords into your TV/Cable box and you're done. Literally a 5-10 minute process. It doesn't come with the optical cord, but it does come with the RCA cord as well as RCA-to-headjack adapter. The RCA cord is only about 3-5ft... needs to be longer. The headset seats on the charge pins atop the tower nicely and a button on the tower lights up red to indicate charging. The headset automatically pairs with the tower when you hang it on it the first time. The quality of sound is actually pretty good. Not Bose quality, but good. The headset has 4 buttons-- Power, Up Vol, Down Vol, & Input select. Is easy to use. You don't need to turn the headset on or off if you simply place it on the tower when done. I think the ease of setup & use in addition to decent sound quality makes this a very good choice.

    I have bought 2 of these and they don't work. Even the Geek Squad couldn't set it up

    Could not get these headphones to connect to my smart tv. Everything else I have that's wireless is paired by bluetooth...not radio frequency.

    I will have to return as soon as the Local Best Buy store is fully open, and I can talk with a technician to see if they have one that will work with my tv.. I do not have a Smart TV...

    Pure junk .. didn’t last a year.. the plastic brick in half.. don’t waste your money on these... should have stuck with the Sony ones which lasted 3 years

    Ok for same room, but does not work for adjacent rooms when you are doing tasks, etc. Bought it because it was the only one offered. Best buy should offer an alternative.

    The sound quality of these earphones was noticeably poorer than my $10 earphones. The instructions were worse than poor and DO NOT accurately describe the product (a COMMON problem).

    Unfortunately, the RF signal of these headphones interfered with my WIFI signal so that I was unable to stream any of my apps on my TV.

    The TV I wanted the headphones to use on is older this would not work on it. So I had to return it. My ratings are based on average as I don't know how they work.

    before it quit working completely, when I tried to adjust the volume it went from "not hearing anything" to "bust your eardrum." I'll be returning it as soon as I'm able.
