This was for my 89 year old father in law who is hard of hearing and didn’t want to bother anyone when he watches the TV. He loves it.

She picked these and asked what I thought. I had already bought them for my husband to use while working out, so I knew it was a good choice. Easy to set up, easy to charge, good sound quality. A warning to moms....they are good at canceling background sounds so you might need to yell a little louder at dinner time!

It is rechargeable and therefore doesn't require replacing batteries. The base unit provides multiple types of connections to attach to your TV. The headset has controls for power on/off and adjustable volume. The unit doesn't take long to recharge and the charge lasts for a very acceptable length of time. I would recommend this item for anyone looking to listen to their TV without bothering others.

TV viewing was not enjoyable for him or me, but since we got these headphones we both are enjoying TV viewing. He no long has to strain and I don’t get blasted out of the room.

I tried another brand that was nothing but a pain to try make work and pair up to the TV. These I connected with the optical cable to the TV and they just worked. The headphones connect right to the base with no issue and they just work. Comfortable as any headphone to wear. They were on sale at Best Buy so a good deal.

With this being RF and always connected , it makes the whole process simpler. With optical audio, this is the best value headset on the site. I took off a star because it apparently doesn't store volume level when the unit turns off.
