I purchased an Insignia NS-HAwHP2 headphone set in July 2020. With moderate use connected to the TV by me exclusively the cheap plastic over the top snapped at the terminal block. Obviously the material requires a certain amount of bed but with no abusive use it snapped. The photo attached shows my attempt to tape it back together but with no luck. Since I don't have the receipt and Best Buy probably won't replace it without one all I can do is report it to you.

I ended up buying 2 of these (one so I can hear the tv over my treadmill and one so my husband doesn’t wake me up when he watches tv late at night) because I liked them so much. One has analog and one digital so I love that this has both inputs!

The headphones are comfortable and the sound is nice. The volume and off/on buttons will require getting used to especially if you have the older model of the same headphones.

I got these headphones for my future father in law and he loves them. The charging station is handy and they weren't ridiculously expensive. He has a hard time hearing the tv when the puppies are playing. He no longer has to blow out the speakers on the TV to hear it.

Nice and easy to set up. Not a fan of the pleather ear covering on any of the makes and models available due to deterioration and this set is of no exception.

I bought this headset so could watch TV without being blown out of room by volume required for wife to hear her shows. Much happier now as she can wear the headset while I adjust volume to my liking without affecting the volume she needs to hear comfortably. Great product at reasonable price.

Easy to set up and easy to use! Depending on the TV to be connected to device you may need to adjust some settings on the TV menu.

I wish there was a warning that the power is low. Also battery life is short.

The headphones are easy to connect, charge, and start to use. The control buttons on the right earpiece challenging and take a bit of getting used to. The sound quality is great.

Got the head phones for my father who is 75 years old. He loves them. Says they are very comfortable and can hear everything with no problem and does not bother anyone else with the volume of the television.

The Sound is good but the fit was too tight and hurt the user’s ears. I heated the head piece to bend it so it would fit looser. The buttons are too close to each other, requiring removal in order to adjust the volume.

Love how comfortable the headset was and the sleek design of the charging station but I could not get the sound to come through the headset at all. I tried 2 different TV's thinking that maybe the issue was my older flat screen so I tried it on the brand new smart tv and still couldn't get the sound to come out of the headset. I would have gave it 5 stars if they would have worked bc the headset was light weight, comfortable and very nicely designed.

Bought 2. One works perfectly to give sound from tv and over ear muff AT THE SAME TIME over my oldest Samsung tv. One does not over my new fire tv??? Wish i could make it work like the other.

OMG, my mother bought this as it helps when shes watching tv so she can hear better. She recommended to me, i recommended to my best friend. Great quality and the sound is like your at the movies.

I purchased these for my mom so that those of us that are not hard of hearing won’t be blasted out by the high volume. She loves them because she knows we are enjoying the tv at our level of volume, and of course because she does not have to strain to hear, and the volume doesn’t have to be too loud.

I had high hopes to be able to watch TV without disturbing my spouse. I can't seem to get the headphones to connect. I read through the instructions and it still won't work. Disappointing. I hope to be able to troubleshoot this issue.

The headphones are easy to connect and sound quality is not too bad (not as good as some of the more expensive sets). However the biggest problem is that sometimes the headphone sound just drops out. It is a quick drop and then it comes back so you don't really miss out on dialog, but it is very noticeable. They wouldn't do this all the time, but when it happens it would be about every 10 seconds.

I use these at night to not disturb my husband while he sleeps. Great sound quality, great size and comfortable to wear.
