It is also a replacement for the Sony version he's had for a few years. He says this works great and he loves it. Makes my mother in law very happy as well!

Decided to purchase these so I could watch tv in bed at night. Easy to set up and clear sound. There are clearly more expensive headphones in the market but for the minimal use these are perfect!!

He can keep his TV turned down really low so as not to bother neighbors, and he can still perfectly! Also, they are very comfortable for him to wear!
