They work flawlessly. They have a good sound and do not drop out. The signal is strong over a long distance. I recommend them.

I returned it for a 2nd headset but my TV had satilite speakers already plugged into the only jac's available to plug anything. Therefore I had to return both headsets. I purchased my TV from Best Buy and wish I had been alerted to the possibilities of difficulties. These headsets were supposed to be a Christmas Gift for my hubby; he ended up with nothing.

Prior he had trouble hearing the dialogue of TV shows and movies. Now ge can hear great and laughs along with me at the different punch lines. Great purchase!

So, I bought these for her…and when she put them on her head, she got the biggest smile on her face! Now she won’t ruin the speakers on the brand new tv we got her for Christmas!!!

Good but Finicky

Problem is the buttons to control on/off, source, and volume are too easy to bump when putting the unit on, which causes frustration almost every time it's used. Also, have to be careful when putting headphones on central unit for recharge; requires attention and (sometimes) a little push down to make sure the contacts are engaged.
