Their were no RCA audio out jacks on my LG TV so I used the digital /optical/audio cable to hook it up. ( Rockfish RF-G1221) Be sure to remove the plastic caps on the cable. Charged the battery, put the headphones on and it worked right then!!!!

Really bad product

Initially the set up was simple using the digital optical connection and it worked great for a few days. After that I experienced what I call a continuous "motor boat" sound. I checked all the connections and power cycled the unit without solving the problem. So I walked away from it for a few days. After that it spontaneously worked long enough to exceed the turn window but now its nothing but motor boating.
