I have had good service from this unit but needed to replace as the ear pieces had much wear and it was time to replace. Was completely satisfied. Happy wife, not having to endure loud TV.

The headphones did not work at all. We will try another product in the future or consider a new TV with this product.

Bought this for him and he was a happy camper. No need for subtitles or bugging the entire house with his TV all night. Don’t place the unit too close to your home network WiFi as it can be disruptive.

All I hear is static.

Good product, just somewhat short range

Range is somewhat limited and, while you would probably never do this, it won't go through walls very well.
