When this went on sale, I couldn't resist. It is quite easy to use and clean daily. It does take a short time to get the grind that works best for "your" perfect cup of coffee. The frother/steamer works flawlessly, although I personally would've made the wand maybe 1 inch longer. With cleaning it takes me less than 5 minutes to get my morning cup of coffee, and it really is a well designed machine.

Dialing in is always a challenge

Otherwise, it comes very well packed and built very well.

Worked Great At First

Its probably the best you can purchase in stores. Worked great and kept working but soon the temp just wasn't getting hot enough for the type of expresso I prefer. I would recommend and probably keep it price was a little lower.
