Make sure to watch some howto videos before judging the quality of the espresso. All beans are different and require a different touch. It’s a learning curve.

So far love this little machine

It has a small footprint, everything you need to get started on the machine, i.e. milk steamer, grinder and a small storage tray to hideaway accessories. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star review is there is a learning curve but its getting easy ever time. There are tons of videos to help you get to that perfect pull. We are having fun learning.

Love My Espresso Machine!

I was a barista as a young woman and I am impressed with the quality of the equipment. Not only are the drinks perfect, but its saving us a ton of money too. One thing I will mention is that it takes it a minute to do its thing, but I enjoy the morning ritual. Also the steamer can be loud if you do not hold the carafe at the appropriate angle. Love love love love it.
