I like the DeLongi better. This one would be OK if it was like $400... but way overpriced IMO.

It takes a little time to tweak it to the perfect pull of espresso, but that’s part of the fun and worth the effort. I love my machine. I love the product I get every morning, everyday. It is wonderful!

Expensive machine that doesn’t always work

Kept calling the Breville ppl and they will give u the run around. U have to be persistent and keep calling. They wanted me to descale. I’m like common sense says the water gets hot but the steam doesn’t so it’s not the temp and the machine isn’t used enough to need to be descaled. I descaled. Called back and they said they needed to watch me descale via video chat. Such a waste of descaling packets. It didn’t work as I figured it wouldn’t. Then they kept trying to get me to adjust and increase the temp. Also don’t work. Finally by like the 4th or 5th call they sent me a label to send machine to be fixed. Was never told what was wrong with it after it was sent to Cali and fixed and sent back to me. Oh and call center is out sourced so it’s hard to underatand ppl. And they don’t know the machine either. They reading manual to tell u how to fix it. It’s a joke. I only had this for 4 months when steam stopped getting hot. And I barely used it. Maybe once or twice a week. But if ur machine quits working be sure to get it fixed before warranty is up!!!
