This store must have awful management like 99% of all Best Buy’s l, but this one tops the cake in all of my experiences. I purchased this item as a Birthday present for my wife and I was excited to give her a brand new espresso machine, at least it was SUPPOSED to be brand new!! When we opened it and started putting it together we noticed there was water in the container. Then we noticed there was still residue of coffee in the trays AND the filter was already installed and wet. I paid for A BRAND NEW machine and that is not what I got. I will NEVER buy from this location and I’ve sworn off this company before but I thought I’d give them another chance and yet again, it was a huge mistake and disappointment. I’m even a TTS member but I will be canceling that now as I will never buy from this company again!

I have no money to fix this expensive piece of crap! Please don't waste your money! They're built to break after the warranty runs out!
