This is my second time to purchase this machine. First purchase was 4years ago and I used the machine for 3years without any problem then I moved to different state, so I gave old machine to my friend and purchased new one again! I could buy different espresso machine but choose same machine. Some of my friends have different kind of machine so I could try but this machine is the best.

This totally changed my coffee addiction. It is really improving your barista skills on one hand and your addiction on the other. You can create wide range variety of espresso based drinks as you want. The best part is it has single and dual layer espresso pods for brewing which enable you to brew your coffee with different grind size. Also no need to have a grinder attached, which enables you to grind fresh coffee all the time. I highly recommend you to buy and enjoy :)

This machine was a good investment. It has saved us money goinv to starbucks everyday before work.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! Don’t let the price scare you away, it’s well worth it! It’ll take a while before you learn how make an awesome cup of joe. But don’t be disappointed, you’ll still be able to get a decent cup of coffee! I haven’t been to Starbucks since I bought this machine and I’ve saved well over a thousand dollar. Great quality and beautiful design. You can customize your espresso drinks to your taste. It is a great machine for those like me who wants to learn how to make different coffee drinks. It requires some education to use and maintain properly, but there are a lot of documentation and videos online from the manufacturer and from customers.

Easy to use. It has everything you need to make a good cup of coffee.

Fabulous machine. Grinder has both fine and coarse adjustments, I’ve had no problem tailoring to very different beans. Milk steamer well situated and flawless. Boiler allows for consistent pulls with exceptional results. Very consistent once you’ve locked in your parameters. Overall an excellent machine.

Great machine, no problems with it at all. Easy to clean and best of all I save a lot of money from having to go to Starbucks often. Overall great experience and my house smells heavenly.

This machine is amazing!! Get high quality beans and do a little experimenting with the settings until you find the sweet spot. Ive had it for two months now and works great!! I was spending 10.00 a day on Starbucks but no more!! I find that half and half gives you great foam!!

This machine provides professional style espresso drinks and is user friendly. Such a great buy

This is my second one of these and that's because they are fantastic! My first one lasted about 6 years, with daily abuse of about 5-6 espresso per day before it had power issues. I love the manual control and the steam/pressure is great too. My only complaint is (same for both units) that I sometimes find water on the counter behind the unit and I am unable to determine specifically why this happens (like am I allowing the tray to overfill or perhaps its not seated correctly), however find no common cause which I could correct. I would recommend this specific model to anyone who wants to make fresh ground espresso or americanos at home! Since original purchase, I find I am a "home" coffee snob now, used to visit the big "S" multi times daily, now I dread when I am away from home and have to order out.

I bought this when it went on sale. I’ve saved a lot of money by not buying Starbucks each morning and instead making our own Espressos. It’s paid for itself. I should gotten it sooner, even if I had to pay full price.

This is an excellent machine and i have had several. Tip: instead of waiting 20 minutes like some recommend just run 1 single shot without coffee first then proceed. Makes all the difference

Works great, makes perfect espresso. It’s definitely expensive but you get what you pay for

This machine is great. As a beginner, it has allowed me to learn about dialing in espresso as well as getting decent milk texture. Don't get me wrong, this is no prosumer grade machine, BUT it is a fully capable machine that will leave you satisfied with the quality of espresso it is able to make. My only complaint would be the included tamp is a tiny bit too small for the portafilter basket, so I would recommend picking up a 53mm one off of amazon or something like that. Not necessary, but definitely helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking to get into the world of espresso!

I have become very interested in becoming a barista thanks to this expresso machine. The rave is real. This is the best out there.
