Great espresso machine! Good for those who are beginners at pulling espresso shots!

I love this thing and use it like 8 times a day. Best machine I’ve ever had! Only one thing I don’t like about it and it’s that the beans get stuck in the hopper. Sometimes it doesn’t grind automatically you just have to push them down. Other than that it’s a fantastic machine!

We LOVE this espresso machine!! It’s the right balance of manual and automatic. The in-machine grinder is great. We love using it almost every single day. It has given our pandemic/work from home life a big level up. Don’t think, just buy it!!

Easy setup and use. Just wish there was more documentation and support for dialing in espresso beans.

I replaced my Breville BES820XL of 10 years with the newer Barista Express Machine. I'm 6 weeks in and I'm not impressed. My issues are mainly around inconsistencies. For instance, the grind never gives me even close to a consistent amount of coffee. Also, I can never get a double shot from the machine. Sometimes I'll get 1/2 an ounce, other times 1 ounce, but never 2 ounces. I always have to press the double shot twice to get even close to 2 ounces. I've even reprogrammed the double shot to the maximum amount of time it will let me program it to. I've reached out to support, who are very slow to respond and there only comment to me was to check the power in my house. I never had an issue with my old Breville. I will say, I do love the built-in grinder, but I wish it was consistent.

Absolutely worth every dime! I spent on average $4-$8 a day on Starbucks coffee daily. I turn this baby on to let it warm up, followed by steam the milk and the taste is so fluffy and rich, the coffee is amazing not to mention the money I save!

SUPER HAPPY with this purchase. It was a Christmas Gift to my husband who LOVES all things coffee and expresso. Use it frequently especially with guests.

To all coffee lovers, and espresso lover this machine is exceptional!!! Totally worth it BUT you have to really like taking the time to make an espresso or latte. if you are looking for a machine that will be easy to use and quick this is not it.

I was deciding if I needed the grinder or could go with the less expensive version. The answer is the grinder is essential. If you hope to make good espresso you need the right grind and amount. This maker does that very well. The brewing is simple and delicious.

This is a great machine, I love it It is easy to use and clean and makes you the best cappuccino there is.

This espresso machine looks complicated but it is so easy to use. We bought it after are other Breville ate the dust after 10 years. Absolutely reliable brand and worth the money. It's also fairly quiet and quick.

Very, very happy with this purchase. I’ve had it for near a year and use it almost daily. It’s performed well and the espresso is tasty. Getting this has saved me a lot of money and trips to Starbucks. I later (month ago) bought espresso maker w/ grinder made by Cafe and not as pleased. I certainly recommend getting a maker with with a gauge. It’s nice to know the machine is producing enough pressure (very important).

Stop whatever you're doing and buy this. Seriously, you will save so much money on lattes year after year, and you'll make them just the way you want them made. There's no better way to start your day, and this unit is perfect for most home use!

2nd one I’ve owned. First one lasted almost 8 years of nearly every day use. This new one is the same quality and works just as well.

The most amazing espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and whatever you can imagine. Takes time to perfect milk texturing. I’ve made White and Dark chocolate mochas, various lattes, tried out different beans, and everything tastes amazing! The only downside is the effort and time it takes to make each one.

Since I drink coffee every day, I've been searching for long time to get an espresso machine to replace my french press. There are a lot of choices out there. This one is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I am glad i chose this one. This espresso maker can make very tasty espresso (1 or 2 shots) from a whole ground coffee in less than 2 minutes. The milk frother works perfectly as well if you want to make latte. The result is consistent. You might need to try a few times (grinding the coffee beans, measure the amount of coffee, etc to make a perfect cup. But to me, it was an enjoyable experience to get to know your machine. Once you get the hang of it, this machine will make a perfect cup of espresso each time you need it.

This machine is easy to use, and is popular enough that you can easily find accessories and replacement parts for it. It’s already paid for itself in the amount of coffee we have made since we bought it.
