The pop-corn bags won't even rotate. LOL I can't return, so we will just deal with it, but learned my lesson, never buy a microwave this small again. LOL And pop corn takes over 3 minuntes, most microwaves are 2 minutes, so it must be weak too.

However, as reviewed by others, the door latch has a problem and won't open all the time. I have to push the button and use the other hand to open the door. I will probably take this back for an exchange. I would recommend this even with the door problem.

I just have two comments on it: -the button to open the door is very oddly designed where you press the interior part rather than the exterior part to open it. Not intuitive and it’s opposite of every other microwave I’ve used. - it’s pretty low sitting and the door almost scrapes our counter when it opens. Didn’t realize our counter must be slightly angled until now but it nearly makes the microwave unusable.
