The worst part is that I couldn’t get my money back if I didn’t want it anymore. I was so frustrated and disappointed in Best Buy and the delivery service. I will never order online again. Other than that, the microwave works just fine! I would just buy in store and not online.

The power cord is like 3 inches long

So reviewing this product is kind of goofy unless it doesn't work. The major flaw in this product is the power cord. It barely reaches from counter height down to a standard receptacle height. And I'm sure that there is a danger warning about using an extension cord, not that you'd want to use one anyway. Funny how it doesn't occur to a person to look at the specifications of the product to see with the length of the cord is. He's just assuming it'll be reasonable. Not on this one.

Made a very loud unusual noise and stopped heating food. Took it to the store for a repair and it was out of warranty and they could not replace it because I did not purchase the extended warranty. Trash Best Buy product. Don’t waste your money!

It would turn on and run a timer, but food was ice cold. Tried to see if I could exchange and could not. It was beyond the 15d return. So to a recycle center it went. Waste of money for me.
