We don't use it much, but when we do, it has never failed. We actually leave it in the factory box and take it with us when we travel. We call it our Convention Microwave. We love it!

Insignia Branded Products Continue to Surprise Me

This machine fits the bill with all the modern options we need. Our last microwave was a Sharp that lasted 20 years, the 2 button stop working. Like the fact this machine is only 700 watts so we don't nuke food to much. The features I don't like pressing beverage button the machine doesn't start automatically until start button is pressed and the buttons are also hard to read. Since we had the last microwave 20 years we are set in our ways and will adapt. For $69 a very good value.
