Did it's job well for a week and a half while I awaited repair technician, but build quality could be better. Wished they had the stainless version when I purchased, but was not available. I have the stainless version at work and I give that a 4 as it just looks better than cheap plastic.

Good compact microwave

This one works like a charm. It does have a lower wattage so it takes longer to microwave food but you get used to it.

Received damaged - door would not open. Major hassle returning to store!!!!!! Save all your receipts and correspondence. BB chat is abysmal - wait on hold with representatives giving WRONG information. Big problem is BB is not what it used to be.
