Things that you normally have to heat for 2 minutes, you have to heat for 3-4 every time. The microwave also has a rattling sound once it turns off. It sounds like a baffle for an exhaust vent. I am still happy with it, I stand by Insignia products... but apparently Microwaves aren't their specialty haha
