One of the best headsets I have ever had and I have had a lot of them! Won't be disappointed!

Bought as a replacement for one my kids. He uses it for gaming and online courses; particularly during Covid.

I love this brand quality headphones for a good price and it gives you a chance for RGB which is kind of pointless it does kill the battery

These headphones work great for at home conference calls when working. They have a great range to be able to multi-task and conferencing.

I like the way the ears turn so they fit better on my head. I like the fact that you can turn the mic off if needed. Awesome headphones!

For what I paid I hoped they would work a bit better. Kind of a pain to deal with, the cord is pretty short since I need it plugged into my computer. The microphone doesn't work whatsoever, and I've only had them for a week, but I use them daily so can't send them back.

Is a great headset for most systems but the firmware doesn’t work for all systems

I used to be a long-time supporter of Logitech, but my last couple of purchases have been huge disappointments. I bought this headset 6 months ago to replace the wired version of this that I previously had, that stopped working due to the detachable cable coming lose from the headset itself. The connection on the wired headset is the same as the connection here - micro-usb. And sure enough, I'm running into the same issue. The micro-usb connection to the headset is loose, so that when I think I'm charging it, I'm actually not. So that means when I go to use it, it lasts for maybe 20 minutes and then shuts off. When I plug it in to charge while I'm wearing it, I have to keep the G-hub open and constantly check it to make sure the it's actually charging. Additionally, when I'm wearing it when it's plugged in, I occasionally hear a light buzzing/whining sound in the left speaker. This only happens if I dare move my head while wearing it, and I presume it's the micro-usb connection being loose and causing some electrical feedback. That was something I could just deal with, since the headset itself was actually working properly. Until the last few days. The right speaker has stopped working completely. There were no signs that it was dying (like crackly sound, or fading sound), just that it worked one day and then the next it wasn't. Dunno what's happened with Logitech lately, but their products have really gone down hill. Should've learned my lesson with the wired version of this headset (635) that I tossed due to the micro-usb connection. But now I have, and until Logitech switches to USB C, I unfortunately will be looking at other brands, and encourage all others to do the same.

I've owned this headset for about six months, and I've been as patient as I can for paying almost $200. I will sit at my computer and turn these headphones on and off for about 20 minutes before the audio connects. I've contacted support at Logitech and tried everything, but this headset is either defective or the product in general is garbage. I've owned multiple headsets (wired and wireless) from Logitech and been happy with what I've gotten out of them, but this headset is completely worthless. I wouldn't chance your money on something like this. On the plus side, when they do work they sound really nice and the RGB is a nice effect. But that's about all the nice things I have to say about this product.

Great headset, well worth the asking price. Had to swap mine only because I broke my dongle. Might of lasted me years

Best noise isolation. Lights are an additional plus and they change different colors.

Glad I upgraded to this headset! Only downfall is an 8 hour battery life which isn’t horrible but have seen a lot of headsets go 12+.

This is a very good headset for the price. I had a the wired one for years with little problems no reason to think this will be any different.

All my expectations were met, without a huge cost. As always, easy to plug and play, with some time to learn the controls. Let's hope they last 5 years plus!
