    Worked great until after a few months. Buy the extended warranty through Best Buy. We have to go through Logitech and it’s taking awhile to handle the issue. They are taking us through different steps to trouble shoot but when you want them replaced same day that is not happening. Should have bought the warranty.

    I like the the size and how comfortable these are, plus the red headphones match my laptop. Do you still carry the red ones? The one complaint I have is the audio jacks break easily.

    I got this product on sale. After research, they seemed like a good choice. However, there was a short in the cable and they didn't work right out of the box. The microphone did not consistently work. Also, they weren't extremely comfortable such a reviews that I read had indicated. I returned them to the store for a full refund.
