My son broke his last set of headphones & needed a new pair during the Safe At Home quarantine of 2020. Mom bought these & my son says there is a high pitch through the speaker. He misses his old headphones which were a different brand.

Sound clarity is great for gaming and watching Movies. Comfortable to wear for long period of time. Sound barley goes beyond the headphones so no waking anyone up on late night entertainment.

Step down in quality from the G430. Almost everything (except sound) is worse. The mic sounds the same except for it picks up everything playing through the headset, even after playing around with the input sensitivity. The cable isn't braided anymore and is a lot shorter (which is fine with me but some people may care) The earpads are now leather instead of cloth which gets uncomfortable after a while, especially since I have glasses. Also you need to use the Logitech software to enable sidetone, which some people might have a problem with. Overall, not awful but compared to the G430, it's just "meh".

We bought these so out granddaughter could participate in an online Astronaut Camp. They worked perfectly. Our youngest son is an online gamer and used them for 5 years. We bought these on his recommendation. Best Buy was 20% cheaper than Walmart and Amazon. They were delivered in 2 days as promised.

Can barely hear with this headset, even with volume set near full (95%). Also microphone does not pick up my voice. I bought these to use for gaming. The reason I did not rate this headset lower is that the surround sound is a nice feature when I can hear thru it. I don't know if the headset is defective or if it is the D/A USB card that you have to use if you are using the USB port. I have switched back to using my old H450 headset and can hear fine with volume at 24%.

These are a great headset if you are in a pinch and need some right away. I ended up buying a different set. Paid a little more but it was worth it. Just my opinion.

I had an old Logitech headset and loved it a lot but they were so old that they started to go out. So glad I picked this one! Sound is amazing and fits comfortably on my head!

Amazing sound! Comfortable to wear. I only use Logitech accessories with Lightsync and this works perfectly with the rest of my PC setup. So happy with my purchase.

Headset works great for the price. Great sound, mic is responsive. Use for online gaming and my teammates have no problems communicating with me. Fits comfortably, and looks sleek.

Got these cuz I needed them for my first Xbox. Although they have a USB adapter, they only work if I plug them into the Xbox controller with the mini jack. So I don't see how the microphone would even be functional. Even maxing out all volume levels on the Xbox Settings menu, and the headset volume, the volume in the phones is pitiful. Needs an external headphone amp. Barely adequate. In addition, the controller tends to turn itself off in the middle of gameplay (since I use a wheel and peddles) requiring me to reach over and hit the controller power button. PITA. I thought I was buying something that would work with my Xbox.

Good sound and frequency range. Good microphone quality and a great length (3 inches from my mouth). That's most of the good I have about it. There's a concerning length for the wire (80 inches!) which gives me fear I'm eventually going to rip it by accident. The headset does give me head strains while I play, probably because I have a big head but I do have a headset with a similar size but it fits extremely comfortably. If the wire and tightness arem't the issue for the night, at best this is a 4/5.
