Inexpensive, cheap, awkward fit

They're uncomfortable, the earpads don't make a seal around my ears (they leave a gap about 1/8" between my head and earcup in the back), the flip to mute feature doesn't work with the microphone (people can still hear me in Teams meetings), and the 3.5mm cable is permanently attached to the headset so you'll need to buy a replacement if anything happens to the cable. I like that there are onboard controls, the microphone quality seems fine, and the audio quality (at least for meetings) is good. The reviews painted these in a better light. I had higher expectations despite paying $25, these normally go for $40. I would be more generous if they didn't leave a large gap behind my ears and let every outside noise in. Their passive noise isolation is fine when I press on the earcups. I accidentally recycled their box so I'm unable to return them, otherwise I would and just spend $60 to get something better. I have a wireless Logitech headset and it's great, but I wanted something for my office. These will fit the bill, for now, but there are better options so long as you're willing to spend $20 more (retail), even from Logitech.

Posted .Hello Pablo. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the G332 headset. I'm sorry to hear that you're finding them uncomfortable, among other issues. As the lowest price headset in our product line, the more premium features are found in our higher level products. I've found that these are great for children and teenagers due to the smaller size. I would recommend the new G335 or the G635 for more comfortable wired headsets for adults.

Decent Headphone

The microphone quality is decent, but definitely not worth for recording just casual gameplay with friends. Overall was a good purchase, but did have some problems.

I don’t really need the rgb but nice to have. Mic works great and audio sounds good. Tested with modern warfare and works good. Audio can be adjusted using the software.

I purchased at a discounted price; I fully recommend at the $90 price point.

Just OK Headset

The mic (which eventually broke off the headset) wasn't very good quality so we had to purchase a separate mic. Noise cancellation was just so so.

Not too shabby
