Love these things

The noise canceling definitely works and it has a deep sounding bass and rich sound. Very nice rgb too. I was hesitant on spending this much on headphones but Im glad I did.

Sounds good, comfortable to wear

Did have to buy an adapter so that it would plug in to the front USB, not the mini plug- but that was a computer issue, so it's just an FYI.

Don't care about the flashy lights and all, just the sound and ease to use this set of earphones while gaming

Comfort and quality

Decided to give these a try since I have the keyboard and mouse. They syncd great and have excellent sound. Mic is very clear with my guild. Good buy! Recommend it.

A horrible Logitech customer service

Needing help, I contacted Logitech customer service. In return, I received an email asking me to do an incredible number of things before they would help me. Included in my to-do list is the need to shoot a video of my serial number with a hand-rotten note with a reference number and to share the video with them via an email link. I can take it back to Bestbuy in less time than it will get to do ll this. Ridiculous.
