Broke too soon

I had a similar pair from logitech for about 10 years. Decided to upgrade, and these broke within 3 months of very infrequent use. They still work but there is now a sharp piece of plastic above my ear. This same part on the older model was metal, and now its cheap plastic.

Poorly Built Headset

I went through two of these, and within 4-5 months, both cracked in the same spot. Luckily, Logitech Customer Support is really helpful and upgraded the model for me.

It can be found on the support page for this item on Logitech.com. It will be under downloads. You also may have just received a defective unit. This device comes with a 2 year warranty through Logitech. To make a claim, you will go to the same support page for this item. I hope this helps!
