    Not happy at all where do I start the day my fridge is being delivered the two guys could not get the fridge in the door so they offered to leave it in the garage and come the next day and bring tools to remove my front door and put the fridge inside well three months later and I’m just now getting my fridge put in the house they kept rescheduling and sending cruise that did not know what they were doing.

    Great Experience with Best Buy and Excellent Samsung Refrigerator! I purchased the Samsung 28 Cu.     Freezer broke twice in first 9 months. Lost everything. Water dispenser filter unit had to be replaced, too. Best Buy’s “extended warranty” on Samsung’s refrigerators means Best Buy won’t help you during the first year - you have to call Samsung who won’t do anything but send technicians. No one has accountability. I’ll never shop with Best Buy again and I’ll never purchase a Samsung again.

    Water is always in a puddle and sometimes running down the front to the freezer when you use icemaker. I'm not thrilled that you can't see how much ice you have left. Suddenly a slight noise is coming from the right side of the fridge, a grinding noise when the door is open. Hopefully its just because it's new and will be ok.

    Just a year after purchasing this fridge the black stainless is peeling significantly and I won’t buy a Samsung product again. I spent way too much on this fridge for it to peel so soon. The black stainless is just a garbage coating that peels even when you take care of it like a baby.

    This refrigerator is a great unit with a good price, lots of space, especially like the extra space in the freezer. The ice machine works fine but wish the button to release the ice was a bit more sensitive. Overall a good fridge and I’d recommend it.
