This refrigerator is a replacement for previous Samsung refrigerator (which stopped working after 10 years. The new one is more spacious and very good shelf arrangements. It is deeper than the previous model. We like the 4 door feature and ability of storing food and drinks colder than 37 deg. Freezer is also spacious. LED lights and water filter location are much better than the previous model. Twin cooling is allows rapid cooling. The only negative part is the new refrigerator is a lot more noisy. It takes getting used to weird loud clicking. If your bedroom is close to kitchen, you will need ear plugs to sleep.

Works well so far and really enjoy the middle drawer for flexible usage and storage. It was a bit more expensive than other comparable models and why only 4 out of 5 stars.

This is a great fridge from everything I can tell so far (I've had it for almost 2 months). The only drawback I can find so far is that the shelving on the doors doesn't really fit the stuff I was used to putting in shelving on my old French door fridge. There is the one big door shelf for milk and a couple of items but the other shelves are just not planned well so they really don't fit the normal condiments. Other than that, great fridge. I love the look of my new fridge (inside and outside) and purchasing from Best Buy was a great experience. When the fridge went on sale a week after my purchase, all I did was call and they immediately refunded approximately $200 to reflect sales price and I was able to get immediate delivery.

Beautiful, large refrigerator that works as expected. We use the middle drawer for drinks and everything works great.

So far, so good. I didn’t hear great things about Samsung refrigerators, but so far we haven’t had any issues with the refrigerator. Keeps everything cool, ice machine works and the water is flowing

I love this refrigerator EXCEPT that the ice will get stuck and slowly melt down the front, leaving puddles on top of each door. other than that, i absolutely LOVE the middle draw that can change temp from refrigerator to freezer depending on your needs. Samsung needs to redesign the door water/ice dispenser area.

Love this Refrigerator, its huge and has room for everything we need and more!

This is the purchase I have ever made. The French doors feel im pending the doors to a palace. The amount of room and storage boggles my mind. No more moving items out or side ways to get that item in the back. It’s easier to keep immaculate , there is so much more room to maneuver everything. My dairy has its own area. My middle drawer is excellent for keeping cold cuts, cheese and dips like humus. The freezer is easy to reach and organize.

We had an older model Samsung in the home we just sold and I wanted the same for our new house. I loved the Flex-Zone drawer. I kept it cold and stored meat in it. Can't wait until we are in our house with this refrigerator!

I love this fridge! It’s beautiful and roomy, love the middle drawer , which it has a couple more options to move shelves but I can work around it - water is great , ice is a little slower coming out - the smart feature works good getting door alerts is nice when grandkids are around lol The one thing I do not like is that if I’m filling water and someone (or me) opens the other side door to grab something the ice and water feature stops lol

Very satisfied with the Samsung refrigerator. Plenty of room in freezer and refrigerator. We love how the drawers are divided; very convenient. We would purchase it again.

Overall the Frege is good and internal space is better then all other brands. Wine space is great Water dispenser could be better. Water leakage is present since new

It’s a great Unit. It is very large, be sure to measure your door as well as your space. The ice dispenser throws out small chips in addition to the cubes, often missing the glass.

Beautiful finish and holds a lot of groceries. Water and ice maker work wonderfully. I like that the temperature controls are inside the refrigerator and not on the ice/water dispenser on the outside.

This is such a a wonderful refrigerator! My wife and I love how much capacity it has. We also love the middle drawer!

I was sad to have to say goodbye to my 31 year old refrigerator. When it comes to appliances, I am a creature of habit. However, after having the new Samsung with Freezer drawers I am so happy. The organization is great for me! I love to cook so a refrigerator is a highly valued item in my kitchen. My only complaint is the crushed ice feature spits ice all over. The whole ice works fine. One thing that would have made the exterior water dispenser better is a light. I had that on my old refrigerator and it was quite handy. Otherwise, so far so good!
