This is a fantastic refrigerator. It's BIG, but was easy to disassemble the doors and draw fronts to fit through the a smaller than usual door. The Flex draw what 4 temp settings depending on what you want to use it for.

Once it was fully installed it has been working great. It is fingerprint resistant as indicated. I love the way the shelves and draws can be changed around to fit large or small item. Great buy for the money.....

We have a large kitchen so this beast fits right in! We love the 'zones' and can set-up items that we use the most in the flex zone drawer for ease of use. The freezer section is a big upgrade for us and we both like it at the bottom of the fridge. Very easy to control the fridge with the Samsung app. I can add items to the freezer and the app keeps track of how long they have been in there. Before I open the door, I know what I am going for instead of looking to see what is in there. The stainless is nice but be careful as it dents very easily along with all the fingerprints that show up driving my wife crazy!

Beautiful refrigerator. Well laid out. French doors are awesome and useful. The center drawer is a must. Giant freezer. Best buy staff from sales through delivery were excellent.

I love the space...the icemaker has issues. Likes to crush all the ice and leak water. But overall like it.

This is a fabulous frig. The middle drawer keeps you from opening the whole door when you want something small. You can also open vegetable draw with only one door open. Very cooling efficient design

The fridge is great but there is almost zero space on the inside of the left side door because of the outside ice and water maker. However, the rest of the fridge has plenty of room so it’s not a huge issue.

This refrigerator has really done the job for us. We like the look of it and it has served us well. It seems really big and the in the door ice and water are great.

Bought this Samsung Refrigerater along with Double ovens and electric cooktop. First 2 refrigeraters delived were damaged. Love the design of the fridge, ample capacity in both Refrigerater and freezer and drawer. The biggest issue is with the icemaker. Extremely dissapointed with it. Ice has crystals on outside of cubes and clumps together in hopper to point it will not dispense properly. When it does dispense the cubes are usually broken and spew out. Samsung technicians have been out 5 times since we bought the first fridge in August 2020. Each visit they fixed one thing after another, including replacing the icemaker and the main board. The icemaker issue has remained unchanged. Only option now is to replace the refrigerater. Love the fridge design especially the drawer but I would not recommend buying this fridge because of the icemaker issue.

I like the Samsung refrigerator because it is very large space and no sound except when it makes ice. Also fruits and vegetables are staying longer without rotten. I highly recommend it

Great Refrigerator!!! Works very well and tons of space

I would have to say the fridge is a four star so far. The reviews were not the best on this fridge but it is good so far. The only complaint I have right now is the water leaks after getting ice from the ice maker. I feel like my milk is staying fresher longer compared to my old fridge. I did get the extended warranty due to the reviews of this fridge. Got my fingers crossed the reviews were wrong. I have to add Best Buy is the only place that had this in stock, everywhere else would take months to get it in. Top notch delivery service as well!!

We are enjoying our new refrigerator which replaced the 7 year old LG. We were in need of one that day so we wouldn't lose all our food. However, the top shelf doesnt seem to stay in place. Also, I wish the salesperson would have told us about the counter depth one, so ours wouldn't stick out so much.

Lots of room inside and very functional. It was cold within 30 minutes, although it was recommended to wait 24-48 hours for maximum coldness. We have enjoyed having much more room for our groceries.

The flexibility of the use of space in this Samsung French door fridge is outstanding! Finally have enough room for fruits and vegetables as well as meats and cheeses. The freezer is much larger and more convenient than I imagined! I am so happy I went with Samsung. The only downside is the small shelves on the door that has the ice and water dispenser. If you are looking for a new fridge with lots of storage space and you don't want to have to choose between a small fridge or a small freezer this is the one for you! You will have more space that you can imagine!

This Refrigerator is so roomy! It is set up just right for storage. AND the FlexZone Drawer is great. We do not have to keep opening the top part of the fridge all the time! Freezer is also very roomy with 2 compartments
