  • Icemaker will stop working.

    WARNING!! The icemaker in these Samsung refrigerators will freeze up and stop working within about a year of owning the fridge. You'll need to either use your warranty or use a hairdryer to defrost the inside of the icemaker every few months. Look it up - it's a known issue. Totally ridiculous.

    A must have if replacing multiple appliances with Samsung. Great fridge does everything it says it will do. Only compliant would be the fridge doors don’t always close easily. You will get alerts shortly after on you TVs to close the doors.

    I would have given a 5 however sales rep advised would be free install if we had the hose however when delivery came, they advised hose had to be new. With this, I would have normally given a 3 however delivery guys pulled one out and installed.

    Is a very nice refrigerator. Love the extra draw for large items.. inside is very nice and roomy. Had for almost a month. Recommend this appliance. Service and delivery was great too. Only one problem is the dent under the extra draw handle. Not happy about that. Otherwise I d give a 5 star.
