Favorite fridge I’ve ever owned! I’m a chef but purchased this for my home. It is truly excellent! We have members of our household with different dietary restrictions and the various compartments render it a dream keeping the fridge items separate. Beautiful look, easy (very!) to keep clean. Excellent fridge.

Love my new refrigerator. Larger ice machine is a must. If you use the crush iced in the door watch as this often causes ice to stick in the door. Love having the freezer on the bottom. Freezer is a great size. I had a 24 year old refrigerator so this is definitely an upgrade.

I like my French doors on my new refrigerator. The freezer at the bottom is so large and the Shelf in the freezer is nice from putting stuff I use all of the time. I also like the middle drawer that you can use a refrigerator drawer or an extra freezer drawer. The gentleman who delivered my refrigerator was very nice

Has plenty of storage. Could use a light at ice and water dispenser. Ice is slow coming out and ice tub hard to access. Other than that nice fridge.

So far so good. No issues. Good space in unit to put lots of goodies in.

Best part about the fridge is the wide open space. Coming from a traditional french door refrigerator, we dont miss the split in the middle. Flex zone is great for quickly grabbing lunch meats withoit opening the main door. Freezer has a great layout. Ewsy to store and move food around. Short story, we love this fridge.

I upgraded to this stainless steel fridge from a 2 door French door fridge which I struggled with to fit items in the freezer. I like that this new fridge has compartments that open without interfering with the other doors. Easy to slide open and the lighting is great.

LOVE IT. ITS EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE WORKS WELL THE ONLY DOW IS THE WATER FILTER THE PART ON THE BUTTON COULD BE BIGGER LARGER ITS HARD BECAUSE WHEN THE KIDS ARE GETTING WATER ITS A CONSTANTLY SPILL BECAUSE IT IS SO NARROW IT COULD BE MUCH BETTER

We have had this refrigerator for about a month. Haven't had any problems with the icemaker as of yet. That was the reason I got rid of the old one. Kept freezing up on me. A known problem by Samsung. I did not get the extended warranty on this machine although I would have liked to. The Samsung refrigerator that we got the last time had an extended warranty of 5 years for $150. That paid off for me because, after 4 years, I got all my money back because I could not get service, at first for a month, and then I was canceled on the day of repair and rescheduled for another month out. So, if it was more than my ice maker not working and it was the refrigerator not working, I would have been out of a refrigerator for two months. Geek Squad warranty figured one month without a refrigerator was okay but two months was unreasonable and gave me a full refund. That was $150 invested in the extended warranty as a good buy. Now, on my new refrigerator, they wanted $450 for the same 5 year warranty. To me, that is too much and unacceptable. So, I did not get it. They must have had to do a LOT of repairs and so they jacked up the price accordingly. The one bad thing about this refrigerator is that, when you go to get ice from the dispenser, you get water leaking down onto your hand holding the glass each time. If it doesn't go onto your hand, it probably goes onto the floor. Must be some water left in the dispenser. This is very irritating. I also bought a "backup" very plain refrigerator that is half the price of this one just in case this thing craps out on me and I have to wait a month or two for a repair. Who can wait that long for a repair? You might not even be able to go to a store and buy a new one when you need it. It is just the crazy time we live in.

I like that it is finger print resistant, I like the flex zone drawer, you can keep wine and it keeps it at that temperature 41 or you can keep meat at another temperature or even other temperature for different foods.
