    The service was great. The store manager was great in helping to exchange the refrigerator because it had a leak. The technicians were very courteous and took care when during the delivery and setup. I will recommend you to family and friends.

    The ice maker quit after 4 weeks. WEEKS. Best Buy washed their hands after they sold it, so I’ve been hashing it out with Samsung for getting someone to come and service it even though they only can come during the hours I work. Very frustrating and very unhappy. Wish I would’ve never bought it. 2400.00 for a fridge that breaks after 4 weeks. The fridge I replaced worked just fine for 14 YEARS.

    My salesman at Pacific Dales was phenomenally helpful. As were the men who delivered the fridge. It was an easy transition because of the. The fridge exceeded my expectations.

    The first thing I noticed was it continued dispensing ice or water after stop pushing the cup towards the dispenser. I am not sure if that is a defect of something I did. So I am observing what happens. I might review my rating (higher)later on if everything works good.

      It's normal for the dispenser to drip for a few seconds immediately after dispensing water. Once the dispensing stops, leave the glass under the dispenser for approximately 3-5 seconds to catch the drips.
