Love the refrigerator. One note here. I had my old refrigerator picked up by my local electric company and the pickup driver warned me that the Samsung refrigerators break down a lot and the parts are expensive so be sure you have the extended warranty. We will see if he was right

On time, Fast, friendly, good product, good price

I would really give this product 4 and a half stars, because it has less interior space than my previous quad-door Family Hub model. The ice maker on this one is superior to that of my previous Samsung fridge, so that's a plus. I also like the sliding shelf inside the freezer.

Refrigerator itself is decent. There are some quibbles with how the freezer is setup space wise and with accessories (no doorbin). The big issue is that this refrigerator has now broken down twice. Basically it stopped cooling unless I reset the power to it (through circuit breaker). I called Samsung, they sent a tech to come over who replaced a control board and the issue went away. This was around March time frame. Couple weeks ago the problem comes back. I call BestBuy since I have Geeksquad Protection. They send a tech out the first time. They came in and apparently they can't order the parts for the fridge. The company doesn't have them. I call BestBuy again. BestBuy dispatches another tech.... from the same company and that company can't service the fridge which I already indicated to BestBuy. To summarize, during a global pandemic, neither BestBuy, the insurance company they work with (AIG), nor the contractor dispatched ever bother to check Model and S/N of the refrigerator to see if the latter party can work on it. Now BestBuy wants to dispatch yet another tech for the 3rd time. In short, don't buy this refrigerator model or Samsung in general (another Samsung fridge had a similar issue and was replaced with this one), and don't buy Geeksquad Protection. It's totally useless and BestBuy and the company it works with do a terrible job. I spent hours on the phone with them all pointless. Going to file a BBB claim, but I have little faith in BestBuy's handling of this.

I bought a refrigerator no problem on delivery day. They tell me refrigerator too tall my cabinets need to be cut. I pay somebody $250 to cut my cabinets at the top so the refrigerator could fit OK second driver comes out to install. It tells me the refrigerator is too tall. I need to buy a smaller refrigerator OK the third driver come out to install the refrigerator. If it’s right in he said the cabinets didn’t need to be cut. I have room at the top between the cabinets in the refrigerator and they had me cutting my cabinet off. I talked to Bruce about this problem. I also talked to the system manager at the store. No one has gotten back in touch with me. That’s my problem.

Very happy with the fridge. The extra shelf seems a bit unnecessary until you actually have one - then you realize it is excellent for organizing, ease of access, and energy efficiency. The ice maker is also way better than the one on our last fridge which always got jammed up.

Best Buy sales guy at store was really helpful. He guided us through all the models and we picked this one. It looks great and it’s working and keeping all the vegetables fresh.

Nothing wrong with Best Buy the refrigerator had issues from factory- sticky protector foam was applied to exposed surface ( one part of refrigerator had a plastic film protecting finish but the other side didn't. Samsung could not help with situation since they were at fault, Best Buy wanted to replace but its was a hassle to get in house and set up and it was not worth it. Other than that the other issue is ice maker and water dispenser makes a mess and there is no tray to watch overflow.

This is a very nice looking fridge. Everything works well and has a lot of storage space. It took some time getting used to slamming the doors, otherwise they don't close. I would knock off 1 star because it doesn't dispense ice cold water.

Ice maker in freezer does not work properly. Samsung bring new ice maker as they have a lot of problem with this.

Love this fridge. Started getting cold fast. Hit 38 deg within 3 hours. Ice took 12 hours to make for the first batch. Which you need to throw out anyways. After that, it wasn’t long before the tray was full. Easy to link to wifi. You won’t be disappointed with this fridge.

We love our new fridge. The two young men that came and assisted with the installment of our new fridge were very friendly and even helped us set up our drawers and throw away our trash. I am very pleased and I would recommend this 10 out of 10!!

This fridge was built well and seemed to have nice reliability. The ice maker is great and pumps out lots of ice. The downside is the ice maker takes a lot of space in the fridge area. We had an LG before that died after 7 years so we made a rush decision to purchase this one. We ended up selling this one and getting the LG fixed because the interior space was much more functional on the LG. Overall nice fridge, just make sure the space meets your needs first...go look at the store to compare and see for yourself.

Fantastic product, and having the ability to tag your phone when it gets left opened is an amazing feature.

I love having the deli drawer in it. I also love the bottom freezer and the drawer in it. Gives me a place to put my sheets of cookies prior to baking. Much easier to manipulate items to find space in this style over a side-by-side.

Love the size, the look, and the functionality. Would have liked a ‘drip cup’ below the water spout, but not a big deal. Also wish the lever for the water/ice pushed from the bottom, rather than the top- would make it easier to fill bottles.

I love this fridge. Lots of space, foldable shelves inside is great. Freezer space is big and the Flex drawer awesome

Has been a great experience for our family, With the wifi connectivity to give a notification for door being open has been amazing!
