    Delivery was the worst experience that I ever had. Out off time the window that they gave me the day before, very bad attitude off the person who did the delivery no instructions how to turn on the fridge

    I've had my refrigerator for two years and it mother board has went out twice. now i have to buy another one again. i also hate how hard it is to clean.

  • Ice Maker is Awful

    When using the crushed ice setting there are two issues. First, the ice gets clogged in the chute coming down and backs up. Second, the ice that gets left in the chute melts over time and we end up with water all over the floor. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator with this type of ice maker configuration.

      Let us help you prevent the ice from clogging up and causing a leak.

      When ice isn't being dispensed regularly, it can clump together in the ice bucket, which will cause trouble dispensing because it can get stuck in the chute. Please make time every other week to dump the ice out so the ice maker can produce fresh ice.

    We only had this refrigerator for about a week, however, we are upgrading from a 12-year-old Kenmore we received from the builder. Initially, I thought the amount of interior space was the same. That is far from the truth, we now have a lot more space and it is better utilized. Frozen foods will no longer get lost in the back of the freezer to die a horrible freezer burn death. I also love the large space available to fill up your ice cup or sports bottle with water. Currently just waiting on a new microwave, dishwasher, and cooktop to be installed today.

    Fridge looks awesome in farmhouse style kitchen. Flex zone is a bonus, definitely not a necessity. Ice cubes are small, which is exactly what we love.
