It was super helpful to get my stains out. At first all the info is a bit overwhelming but afterwards how to properly clean up spots became easier and more effective. Way better than my previous one.

This machine is great. I would use it to clean my car upholstery and just stuff around me house. It did what it was intended to do. The BIGGEST downside to this machine has to be the hose!! It broke after i had this machine over the past two years. Keep in mind this was a product i would use maybe once every couple of months (if that). So please consider the overall quality of the product when purchasing this item. If its on a good deal then yeah go ahead but if not , save your money!!!

Did an good job, just not enough for me to keep reusing. It requires more pressure to suction the water from my couch cousins plus the water it pours is very minimal and not as efficient as expected. The tools given are not that easy. It takes a toll on your back. Id use this for minimal items like chairs. Not a whole couch.

Powerful carpet spot cleaner. I've used it on my staircase (30+ steps) and to save money on detailing my car seats. This is one powerful tool!! Super Easy to put together. I used the provided carpet solution, but also made my own concoction (mainly for the aroma). I've already ordered another as a housewarming gift for a friend.

Very nice and portable. Cleans well and has good suction. My only complaint would be that you have to hold down the spray button a bit before the hot water comes out.

You know how your couch slowly starts looking like a prop from a zombie survival movie when you have kids/pets? Yeah. We have previously steam cleaned it but this little guy was amazing. Adopted a puppy, who by no fault of his own is one of the dumbest dogs I've ever met, and he peed on the couch. No problem. A little natures miracle after this baby and there we go no smell no repeat. Someone snuck fruit snacks onto the couch that melted for some reason? No issues. Gross sweaty preteen laying on the couch talking about how bored they are. No issues. Thank you Bissell.

I bought this steamer couple of weeks ago. I just started using it and it work really good.

I do car detailing, and I use this for shampooing the seats. It does me pretty good.

Needed to replace our older model we had for a few years. We loved it and love this new one more.

So far, so good. Helped clean some deep stains on an old rug, not sure how hot the water gets though..
