Does the job well, hose may leak.

It has a good amount of suction and it does the job. I do think mine may have a leak in the hose. So I recommend getting geek squad protection with this so if anything breaks you can get it replaced easily.

Great portable cleaner with hose flaw

It worked well on most everything from shallow carpets to shag rugs. Cleaning it was also fairly simple. One downside though is that the hose did not last as long as I would have liked it to. I used it maybe ten times before the hose developed a big crack near the base of the unit. Thank heavens for the protection plan. I returned it and got a store credit. Overall this is a good unit, minus the issue with the longevity of the hose. It is nice not having to use a bigger unit to clean the messes.

Great for cleaning couches!

I'd recommend if you have pets who have accidents, this will clean it up. The urine smell is hard to get rid of but the cleaner stuff that comes with it helps with the smell.
