    I had one of these previously but made the mistake of loaning it to a neighbor...it did,not come back in the same shape as it left. We recently moved across country and I my rugs that were in storage for 60plus days. them up a bit. This machine is amazing..I truly love it! However. NEVER loan it to a neighbor.

    Requires a lot of passes over stain to remove it and because spray comes out the front it can be difficult to see just where it is going to land. Can't say instructions are really clear.

    the day I got it i was able to clean the entire couch andit smelled so clean i didnt have to worry about water left behind, it picked up all of the water.
