I have two in the garage, one an extra fridge and the other one as a freezer. Love them both

Great Fridge/Freezer. We have had one for almost 2 years and decided to buy another as a fridge for our garage. Very worth the money spent on it.

Freezes well holds plenty Looks great but the door is difficult to open which caused the door handle to disconnect or brake at the bottom I hope to have it fixed

Good size refrigerator/freezer and that is what I really like about it. It is what you want and need it to be. The Insignia works great and am very happy

We use this as a refrigerator, and it’s given us so much room! My wife loves it, we have a deep freeze so the all fridge is amazing. It’s easy to set, use and just overall amazing.

Purchased 2 of these for my garage, one for a refrigerator and one for a freezer... Arrived undamaged. Have had for about a month or so and have been working flawlessly. Both are quiet. Would definitely buy again assuming they last.

The freezer works great. It was delivered and placed into the spot i prepared in the basement. I have had no problems and food is frozen as expected.

Been using this freezer for over a year now and is still doing great. Freezer is set on 0 but is actually at -10 with a thermostat inside. Would recommend!

Worked great for almost 3 years then just stopped cooling, everything else worked. Too bad since the interior layout was very convenient, and it looked very nice. The cost to repair was almost the same as a new one on sale, so I went that direction with a more well-known brand for which I can easily get parts if needed. I cannot recommend this unit or brand.

Quiet and keeps things frozen. Temp has been steady.

When I couldn't find one of these bad boys in the store because of covid I almlst lost hope because the one I had for over 13 years had shut down and wasn't cooling, I searched bestbuy and was happy to find this item. It has been a great product and I love the organization it offers and the alerts. Great buy.

Freezer delivered and after I let it sit as recommended turned it on. A few hours later temp was zero and it has hummed along since. Must admit I doubt I would have considered this brand but almost no others available. Glad now as I have a very nice freezer for less than the name brands.

Freezer delivery was smooth and timely. We were able to start using the appliance the next day. It is very roomy inside, and has great pull out drawers at the bottom which are seldom found in freezers. We are totally pleased with the Insignia upright freezer!

Nice to have a freezer to stock and eliminate multiple trips to grocery shop frequently. It’s really nice with the glass shelves and two large bins. I added an analog thermometer inside to verify the temp display on the door. It’s right on. I’m very happy with the purchase and delivery. Delivery guys were excellent.
