But upon delivery, hardware to install handle are missing. Called 5 times to try to resolve the issue. I was promised parts to be shipped, did not happen, I was promised a couple of call backs from supervisors, did not happen. I was promised a huge compensation for my inconvenience, still have not happen. This is by far on of the worst buying experience I’ve had. No follow through and no respect for my time and inconvenience. Was bounced back from store to geek squad, geek squad to store. No sense of ownership for the issue. Horrible horrible horrible.

It is great to have all fridge and no freezer! I have concerns because of the water dripping sound that I hear inside, but time will tell if there is a problem or not. The fridge also often makes groaning sounds, but, again, time will tell if that is just what the fridge does or if it is a real concern.

More than $500 food wasted as I was expecting delivery on time! 3 times reschedules . I expect best buy contact me and compensate wasted food due to late delivery.

Mine developed frost and the rep for insignia was not the coolest but I got my new freezer with geek squad protection now over going with the crappy manufacture warranty.

Simple to move around garage. Freezer is very roomy and I was able to fit a bunch in it. Bought to replace old freezer that was not keeping up with temperature. Love that it has a door alarm.
