Only concern so far is it can be difficult to open because the door seal is so tight and the freezer moves. Maybe better when there is more inside it. Delivery folks were efficient and nice.

Big freeze

Got it after COVID-19 started, because of the whole thought of having food shortage. Needless to say I’m glad we got it! The freezer in my refrigerator just wasn’t spacious enough. I thought it was a bit over priced but it was needed.

We use it as a refrigerator. my only complaint is that when using it for a fridge it has a preset temperature of 35 degrees Ferenhight and I always like my temp set at 33 or 34 just above freezing. But I would still recommend it to others.

It has an LED indicator on the front, so you know it is on (in case you blow a fuse or power is off). The price was very reasonable also!

I phoned around to try & get a new gasket for it & they laughed as they had never heard of the brand & told me I wouldn't find a new one cuz of the virus. BEST BUY had one & I love it!

Great vertical freezer

Not to mention the additional space, but the best feature of this type of freezer is the ability to find everything versus a deep freeze. The only knock we have on this freezer is that the door is very difficult to open. But it does maintain a great seal.
