I like the fact LED display in the front. I have it inside my garage and it has no issues keeping the set temperature.

Best Buy has this in stock and I went and picked it up about an hour after I ordered it. Seems to be a good product so far and I got good service.

I would have loved it on stainless steel but they only had white. But quality is great and easy to organize your food and you can see everything who out fighting with your freezer.

The pro is that it failed within the warranty period. Cons: Very poor, customer service. Spoke with Susie and Mike ( I very seriously doubt that was their real name, no other way to identify them in a complaint.) According to Best Buy Geek Squad, this is consider a small appliance; therefore, you must return it to the store to be repaired. With freezer full of food, will take over 3 weeks to get it replaced; however, I could see that inventory existed online. Was told that may not be accurate I would have to go to the store to confirm, doesn't make sense Best Buy's technology should be able to give you up to date information. Nearest Best Buy over 35 miles away. Would I buy this product again? "No!" Very poor customer service, too long of a wait time for replacement Buyer beware. Oh, paying extra for added protections as a Total Tech member didn't seem to help, will not renew that coverage.
