This refrigerator/freezer is awesome! Looks great and works great

Had it for approximately 22 days, at which point the high temp light/warning went off. Didn't realize it until my wife went out to grab some meat for dinner. Lost about 1/8th of beef and some stew meats and what not. Called the manufacturer (as stated on the warranty) and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with them, who ended up forwarding me on to Best Buy. ( I had read the manual and done everything they requested I do). Best Buy tried tried to forward me to the manufacturer, seeing as it was beyond their return/ replace after 15 days, until I pointed it was the manufacturer that transferred me to them. Best Buy was good after that point. Gave me about a quarter of what I lost in compensation in meat and offered to send out a replacement freezer. ( 30 more minutes) When you have a family to feed and you lose the means to do so, there are better freezers out there with more than a 15 day warranty with quarter compensation. I applaud Best Buy for upholding their end, which I appreciate, but could have bought something similar for a little more money without the hassle.

I light the fact that there is a light inside. Easy to set the temperture.

Easy storing of food. Light bright enough to see. Plenty of shelves and drawer space. Just perfect.

I use it as a freezer. So far it works well. It is in the garage so some times it is hard to hear the alarm when the door does not close. One minor drawback was I had to put the handle on myself and the pieces were in three different spots in the freezer.

The freezer was exactly as represented. We are very happy with the unit.

So far so good. My company got this freezer over a year ago and it has performed well the whole time. Very easy to use lots of freezer storage.

Bought freezer online without actually seeing it in person. Was delivered the gentleman explained when to plug it and how to get it freezing. It works great !!.I love it. Great purchase.

I’ve only had this freezer for a few weeks, however after reading the positive reviews I thought this would be the perfect freezer to replace my 22 year old Kenmore upright freezer in the middle of a pandemic. The tag said it was frost free but I’ve had frost building up inside since we plugged it in. Very disappointing. Hopefully it won’t get too much worse. I got the warranty on it. Guess I will have to call to get it looked at as soon as it is safe to do so during this Covid pandemic.
