    Freezer stopped working with a full freezer of meat, and seafood . i was paid $300 for food loss from Best Buy because i took the 5 yr extended warranty. Freezer was only 5 weeks old ! VERY disappointed in freezer and the huge loss and got NO help from Insignia on additional pay for the huge food loss from the freezer quitting ! I will NEVER buy any Insignia product again . NEW replacement freezer was delivered and i have 2 thermometers in it before i would even put anything in it . NO TRUST after this awful experience. Best Buy was the only help i got with a $300 toward loss but im still out $1,700 worth of meat. VERY VERY sorry i bought this freezer !
