We have had this appliance 16 months, and it is now not cooling. Most appliances are good for at least 5-10 years, but not this one. Think twice before you purchase it, and if you decide to purchase, also purchase the longest protection plan offered.

Trying to open the door results in pulling the entire freezer forward every single time. This makes it a giant pain in the butt to actually use, even for a full-grown man. This could also have easily been addressed if the door handle had inside leverage to break the seal.

I have been dealing with for almost a month. I had a manager from the appliances department call me. We talked about the problem I was having and he was to call me back. I have not heard from him yet! I am just coming to the conclusion that Best Buy just doesn't stand by their word or their product.

The first would not freeze after waiting a week. Best Buy replaced with the same freezer and a week later it again does not freeze. I would not buy this freezer.
