    Best Buy's extended warranty is the reason I shop at Best Buy. I've had horrific experience with refrigeration products. Went through 3 refrigerators in 3 years. Would have lost a small fortune if it wasn't for the in house warranty. Hopefully this freezer keeps working. Its nice and I like the upright because you can see whats in there.

    Please be aware that the stainless steel model has a stainless door ONLY, and the sides, top, and back are all black plastic! The description of this item was very misleading. Also.. if it arrives damaged and you'd like to keep it at a discount, it is Best Buy's policy to refund in gift cards only, not original payment. Just things I wish I'd known before I made this purchase.

    This is great! It cools down quickly and i love that the cooling pauses while the door is open so the energy isnt wasted. It also starts to beep if its left open too long which is a great feature!
