Switched from a chest freezer to this stand up freezer and so far everything seems to be working great. I really like the door temperature control and the quality of the of the freezer overall. The door has a very tight seal when you first start using it. The delivery team was great and made sure I was happy with everything before running to their next delivery.

I love this little freezer. It was bought to replace an older one that went out. It will also convert to a refrigerator. Works well. Can highly recommend so far.

Works well plenty of room never used it as a fridge

I have used this for both the fridge and freezer. Easy to operate. When I run my freezer down with frozen goods I then switch it to the fridgerator mode and use it for a beverage fridge. Great for someone who buys meat in quantities instead of using a chest freezer. One thing I dont like is it doesnt show actual temperature on the digital display but I dont know if any fridge or freezer does so I cant knock it for that but I would put it on my product wish list of improvements for future products.

This Insignia - 13.8 Cu. Ft. Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator - Stainless Steel unit is everything W we wanted and needed. We unpacked it, set it up and for the first two weeks used it as a refrigerator. it worked flawlessly. Then we switched over to freezer mode which is how it will be used. Again, it is working well. It looks good, it's very quiet and to top it all off the price was great plus it's an Energy Star Product. While it is not a "Name" brand product, we have every in confidence Best Buy backing their House Brand products!

I like this Freezer/Refrigerator combo very much. It is easy to use and its a nice looking appliance as well. Would definitely recommend.

This freezer is exactly what we were looking for! Fits perfectly in our garage and has an outstanding capacity! The price and features are an outstanding value when compared to others in this price and size range. We’re using the freezer option but it’s nice to have the refrigerator option at the press of a button. Total Tech is a great value as well!

Love the freezer. It is the right size. Love the fact that it has an alarm on it, you can see the temperature & you can use it as a refrigerator & freezer.

We tried to buy a second refrigerator from other box stores but we were dissatisfied with the products. This refrigerator is a very good purchase and we love it. It is very roomy, does not have the space consuming icebox, was easy to set up and adjust and runs very well. it is the ideal second refrigerator in my opinion and I am happy that we got an extended warranty for complete peace of mind, Would buy again!

I am plwased with the size i use it as a second refrigerator in my garage and there is plenty of space.

This freezer is great. Needed a freezer but did not need huge one over small one needed a mid-size and this is perfect. It is working great, and the price was awesome.

I had recently purchased this to put next to my stackable washer and dryer combo to save space. Besides trying to save money on food items, I like the idea of having it to be used as an extra refrigerator if we ever need it. It locks which is great because my young grand daughter is trying to open and close items often. It works great and the size isn't too big or two small for only the two of us and occasionally company.
